LEE CHADWICK – PRESIDENT & OWNER

Lee is a fifth generation chef and a recognized authority in the areas of food, travel and entertaining. She has long enjoyed a leadership role in professional groups such as the Club Managers of America and the National Restaurant Association. Lee has written articles for magazines throughout the East on topics ranging from corporate table manners and trendy showers to buffet creativity and honeymoon travel.

In the fall of 2004 Lee released Some Assembly Required, her highly regarded cooking “manual.” Focusing on the elements of stylish entertaining for informal events, Lee shows readers that enjoying their own party is truly an art. The book is published by Meridian International and is available nationwide at Barnes and Noble bookstores nationwide, and at Amazon.com.

Lee greatly enjoys her role in community service. She is on the boards of directors of six hardworking nonprofit organizations. In December of 2008, Lee was awarded the GRACE Distinguished Service Award for her outstanding work within the nonprofit community.



MARK SIMPSON – GENERAL MANAGER

Originally from Princeton, New Jersey, Mark joined Lee in 1999, bringing with him the experience of over fifteen years in the restaurant industry. Mark is truly an authority on nearly every aspect of events of any description. While Mark’s primary focus is the big picture, he never loses sight of the pivotal details that ultimately determine the success or failure of any event.

Lara brings a creative energy to menu planning as well as innovative responses to even the most challenging event scenarios. With a background as a licensed dietitian, Lara provides a unique perspective on the art of catering. Her sense of style is also reflected in the constantly-changing décor on our food stations and throughout the ballroom.



Ariane Fitch– Director of Events and Sales

Armed with a business management degree from the University of Georgia, Ariane brings business savvy and creative solutions to our social and corporate clients. Ariane takes a hands-on approach to every aspect of an event, from brainstorming details with potential clients to turning out the lights at the end of the party.
