Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is very simple. We want give as many people as possible the pleasure of a perfectly crafted, organized, and executed event. If you really want to host your event at The Metropolitan Club, we’ll find a way to make it work.
At The Met, you’ll get the same service you’d expect if your own family member ran the event hall. You’d get the same service you’d give to your best friend if they asked to host a party at your house. Feel free to ask any of our salespeople to show you a calendar of every event we have held in the past year, choose one at random, and ask that client directly how our service was. We are that confident in the quality of our work, and all of our clients leave feeling like they were well taken care of.
Our Process
Understand the vision
Brainstorm with client and visualize their event within our space
Get ballparks on budget and pricing
Send proposal
Go back and forth with client on some of the smaller details in the proposal
Finalize booking
Three to eight months out, begin the coordination of the event (small details, tableclothes, timeline, vendors, etc)
Go back and forth over email, phone, and in-person meetings to nail in all the nuts and bolts of the event.
Final meeting: three-four weeks out to go over everything
Meet the day of the event and enjoy a perfectly executed function.
