LEE CHADWICK, OWNER
Lee is a fifth generation chef and a recognized authority in the areas of food, travel and entertaining. She has long enjoyed a leadership role in professional groups such as the Club Managers of America and the National Restaurant Association. Lee has written articles for magazines throughout the East on topics ranging from corporate table manners and trendy showers to buffet creativity and honeymoon travel. In the fall of 2005 Lee released ‘Some Assembly Required,’ her highly regarded cooking manual, focusing on the elements of stylish entertaining for informal events. Lee shows readers that enjoying their own party is truly an art. The book is published by Meridian International and is available at Barnes and Noble bookstores nationwide, and at Amazon.com. Lee greatly enjoys her role in community service. She is on the boards of directors of six hardworking nonprofit organizations. In December of 2008, Lee was awarded the GRACE Distinguished Service Award for her outstanding work within the nonprofit community by the National Restaurant Association. Mackenzie joined the management staff here in 2019 after graduating from one of the top ten hospitality schools at the University of South Carolina. She has been planning parties all of her life for fun, and now is planning parties as a career. She is fascinated by all kinds of food, wine, and spirits. She expressly loves everything Italian. Sorrento, Italy, on the Amalfi coast, is where she interned during college. Her travels have taken her to over 12 additional countries and a bevy of islands. She is a pleasure to work with and a great resource to our clients large and small.
TRENT CHADWICK, BAR MANAGER
Trent Chadwick has been managing parties in the hospitality business for over 10 years. He clearly recognizes that everyone exhibits their own style....or a company it's brand. The more uniquely this is visible the more the event is truly their own. Trent has successfully translated this into venue events ranging from a 50 shades of pink baby shower, to a Vegas cigar bar/men's club. Trent also executed a Chinese New Year fundraiser for Heifer International Hosted by Alton Brown with a Pan Asian Menu and Dragon Dancers and Drums !
